With The Grey, there is a movie that brings forth many emotions in its quest for defining the terms with which man deals with trauma and sorrow. Fortunately, it carries this off in a way that is entertaining and makes one think about the basis of fear and death.
ReplyDeleteThe main character works in Alaska protecting pipeline workers from wolves, and is stuck in a place in life where he has been left by his wife and is all alone. Neeson does a superb job playing this role, and immediately begs the viewer to empathize with his plight in life.
